Creating a Support Request

If you encounter issues or need assistance while using TytonAI, you can submit a support request directly from the platform.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the Help Menu

  • Navigate to the top navigation bar of the TytonAI interface.
  • Click the Help button (located on the far-left side).
  • From the dropdown, select Create Support Ticket.

2. Fill Out the Support Form

A "Contact Support" window will appear with the following fields:

Subject

  • Enter a brief summary of the issue you are facing.
  • Example: Cannnot login to TytonAI

Description

  • Provide a detailed explanation of the issue.
  • Include steps to reproduce, relevant screenshots, or error messages if available.

Priority

  • Choose how urgent your issue is:
    • Low.
    • Normal (default).
    • High.
    • Urgent.

Type

  • Select the type of support you need:
    • Problem.
    • Feature Request.
    • Question.
    • Feedback.

Tags

  • Optional: Click one or more relevant tags to categorize your request.
    • bug, feature-request, question, feedback.

3. Submit the Ticket

  • Once all fields are filled in, click Submit Ticket at the bottom right of the form.

What Happens Next?

  • A support ticket will be created and sent to the TytonAI support team.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number.
  • A support representative will follow up as soon as possible.
